Step 1: Make sure you are registered!
You can check your registration status here and register to vote here. You must be registered to vote by March 11, 2026.  

 

Step 2: Make a plan to vote. 

 

The town election is on Saturday, March 21, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Winchester High School. You can also fill out an application to vote by mail or make a plan to vote early. 

 

Early Voting is available starting on Saturday, March 14, in the Winchester Room of Town Hall, (1st Floor, 71 Mt. Vernon St), and continues every week day leading up to Election Day:

 

• Sat. March 14        9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

• Mon.  March 16     8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

• Tues. March 17     8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

• Wed., March 18    8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

• Thurs. March 19   8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

• Fri. March 20        8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Vote by mail applications are available now and must be filled out by Monday, March 16, 2026 at 5 p.m. [download application]. You must fill out a new vote-by-mail application each election, so if you want to vote by mail, make sure to fill out an application before the deadline.
